"It would be nice if someone ever answered the phone during business days.
Update. For the last three weeks I have been trying to get a hold of them and they are never answering the phone. They are closed on Friday. It must be nice to only work four days a week and never have to answer your phone. On top of that when I added a new vehicle to my policies and tried to remove one they’ve screwed it up so bad they added the policy to the new vehicle, forgot to cancel the old vehicle then I told them to cancel the old vehicle and they canceled the policy on the new one. Don’t waste your time with this agent. He does not deserve your business."

I want to Personally Thank Kristine Verdusco for her assistance with reinstating our Home Owners Policy.
My wife and I have been with State Farm (Home Owners & Vehicles) for over 40 years. We were recently flagged for some safety concerns where We needed to trim trees, repair our roof and clear anything that was close to the house. i worked closely with Kristine and sent updates with pictures to show that we were addressing the issues. We ended up replacing our roof and again sent all updates to her. I was constantly flooding her with pictures until we got everything the underwriters needed to reinstate our Policy. I felt bad having to constantly call and text her, but she was always Professional, Pleasant, and Patient during this ordeal.
